သင့္ ကြန္ျပဴတာရဲ ့login password ေမ့ သြားခဲ့ရင္ password reset ျပန္ခ်ဖို ့နည္းလမ္းပါ။ Windows မွာ built-in password reset feature ပါရွိပါတယ္။ သင့္ password မေမ့ခင္ဒီနည္းလမ္းနဲ ့password reset disk တစ္ခုဖန္တီးဖို ့လိုပါတယ္။ဒီလိုလုပ္ဖို ့ external storage device တစ္ခုလိုပါတယ္။ ဒါမွမဟုတ္ သင့္ hand phone ကို mount လုပ္လိုက္ရင္ရပါတယ္။ start menu က windows search box မွာ create a password reset disk လုိ ့ရိုက္ျပီး program ကို run လုိက္ပါ။
Forgotten password wizard ေပၚလာရင္ သင့္ external device ဒါမွမဟုတ္ သင့္ hand phone ကို ေရြးျပီး next ဆက္ႏွိပ္ပါ။ ေနာက္ wizard မွာ လက္ရွိ password ကိုထည့္ေပးပါ။ စကၠန္ ့ပိုင္းေလာက္မွာပဲ password reset disk ျပဳလုပ္ျပီးေၾကာင္း message box က်လာပါလိမ့္မယ္။
Testing Password Reset Disk
သင္ဖန္တီးလိုက္တဲ့ password reset disk အလုပ္ျဖစ္မျဖစ္စမ္းၾကည့္ဖို ့ windows log off လုပ္လိုက္ပါ။ password ေမ့တယ္လို ့ယူဆျပီး password ေနရာမွာ blank ထားျပီး arrow button ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။ wrong password dialog box က်လာရင္ ok ႏွိပ္ပါ။ reset password ဆိုတဲ ့စာေပၚလာပါလိမ့္မယ္။အဲဒီစာကိုႏွိပ္လိုက္ရင္ သင့္ password ကို reset လုပ္လို ့ရမယ့္ wizard ေပၚလာပါလိမ့္မယ္။
